“ eggplant delight and a side of quirizo is absolutely delicious. Add your green juice and lunch is now $40.00 but absolutely worth it and defy worth the splurge. side note I'm not vegan but I could eat like this everyday if I had the money. Chefs kiss ”
“ This has been my go to meet up spot with friends for so many years now. Love the tasty vibrant meal options, yoga classes, full moon parties, and overall vibe that this place brings! Shoutout to Keith for being the curator of so much kindness and magic! What a gem this place is ”
“ Went here on a Saturday and we timed it perfectly because after we ordered, there was a big line! Our food did come out fairly quick! Although, I will say the servers were not very friendly. Also to this place, you have to take an elevator up after you enter the building because it is on a rooftop. The restaurant did have a very nice view up top and some nice music playing. They even had some vendors too! I got the perfect tacos which I thought were pretty tasty! The corn tortillas tasted fresh too. Also this was my first time having apple bacon which was better than I thought. The tacos were stuffed pretty well also so it was somewhat filling for me! I also tried the vegan nachos which were very good! They gave us a lot of chips and Quinoa chili was flavorful and portion size was very good! ”
“ Went on a Saturday around noon and did a pickup order for 2. Food was out in a good time. Food-wise, I would give them a 5 but customer service was lacking. Though they did seem busy, servers weren't very friendly. One of them bumped me in a rush and didn't apologize. I got the vegan nachos. It's around $18 but it makes sense because I'd say the portion is enough for 2 meals or 2 people! They also give a lot of avocado and it's a good addition. The quinoa chili was very flavorful and pretty tomatoey based, which I liked. The black beans and pico are good for extra protein, flavor and texture. I got the cashew cheese and cashew sour cream on the side. The "cheese" was very cheesy but didn't necessarily taste like nacho cheese. The sour cream had a good flavor but didn't taste like sour cream. In both, the cashew was prominent in texture but not in a bad way. Heads up that you enter a building and have to go up an elevator to get to the restaurant on the roof! ”
“ The food & dessert was sooo good !! I am new to being vegan so I'm so happy I found this spot!! The customer service was great!! The girls working tonight & the man at the gift shop were sooo sweet & helpful with all my questions ! I am happy to come back! ”
“ This place is located on the rooftop of a building, which both nice indoor and outdoor seatings, with excellent vibes. Service is friendly with order at the counter. The enchiladas were delicious, filled with mushrooms and veggies, covered over a savory mole sauce, with various toppings. The filling was flavorful with frseh vegetables, the sauce was delicious, and the toppings with seeds, cashew sour cream, etc. were a great accompaniment. Despite being traditionally a heavier dish, these enchiladas still felt fresh. The miso bowl had very fresh ingredients, with a fresh sour/gingery sauce. The roasted rosemary potates were also great. Every dish felt like it was well thought out. Also, got a chocolate chip muffin for the next day which also was soft and moist. Overall, really excellent food, and would be excited to return here whenever I return to San Diego. ”
“ Stopped here for breakfast - we weren't too hungry so ended up splitting the "RISE BREAKFAST BOWL: Scrambled Cauliflower eggs, baked rosemary potatoes, protein packed black beans cooked with quinoa & onions served with chopped spinach and our creamy sun dried tomato dip". It was quite filling for two of us, and we also got a nice Shroomed elevated infusion drink with a bunch of mushrooms - it was very unique and delicious! While a bit pricey, it was a generous serving for the two of us to split. The whole business seemed so cool- the cafe was on the rooftop, and there was yoga going on when we got there (almost like aerial yoga with the fabric and hanging frame?). Very healthy, down to earth place and would go back. ”
“ first time at the studio, and i took a morning aerial level 1 yoga class with leila through class pass. this class was on the rooftop with beautiful views and some shade provided by the silks hanging above. it also happened to be a heat wave day in san diego, and the sun was coming in east, so leila helped set up some umbrellas for more shade. she was very sweet in welcoming and introducing me and some other first timers to aerial yoga, and overall guided us all very well through the practice with encouragement, softness, and also challenges. the others in the class were also super sweet and even helped spot when doing moves i've never done before. would definitely love to come back and try other classes in the beautiful space, through classpass or their own membership plans! the food i didn't get to try, definitely on the pricier side but aligns with the super health and wellness place that it is, but might want to try a treat the next time i'm back. ”
“ A truly impressive sanctuary. I recently hosted a bachelorette in San Diego and booked a vinyasa class at Trilogy for our group of five. I've never been so awe struck by a yoga studio. Trilogy is an immersive studio, located in a multi-story building that features a number of different spaces. They have two indoor rooms that offer privacy, dark ambiance, and a heated practice. As well as two outdoor spaces on their rooftop: the dome and Sky Deck for aerial yoga/pilates. Here's a breakdown of the different rooms: Indoor / Earth Room - level 3 Indoor / Moon Room - level 3 Rooftop / Dome Rooftop / Sky Deck We booked the $10 community class in the Dome with Hali'a Tani. Hali'a Tani was a great instructor for our group. We had a number of first-timers and she was patient throughout the flow. Hali'a also did a great job of cracking jokes and lightening the mood, making our practice silly and lighthearted. In addition to traditional vinyasa, Trilogy offers classes for breathwork, sound baths, prenatal, meditation, and even courses to nail down your headstand. Not only do they have a plethora of class options, but the studio also features an onsite vegan restaurant. We took full advantage and ordered smoothies post-workout. Practicing yoga in a dome was definitely a bucket experience, especially since the rooftop has spectacular views of the La Jolla coastline. I don't think they could have picked a better location. ”
